NewPoint processes data required to provide account access, publishing features, social interactions, moderation, and security.
This Policy applies to web and related APIs used to access NewPoint.

Account and profile data: login, name, email, phone (if provided), profile description, links, and image identifiers.
Content data: posts, articles, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, and related metadata.
Settings data: privacy preferences, locale, theme, sensitive-content preferences, and account-security settings.
Security/session data: token and session identifiers, login and verification events, and anti-abuse telemetry.

10. Cookies and local storage
NewPoint uses cookies and local storage mechanisms needed for authentication, security, and interface preferences (for example, locale and theme).
Blocking required cookies may affect service availability or account functionality.
11. Embedded third-party content
Articles may contain posts embedded from third-party platforms (for example, Instagram). Such a post is served by that platform, not stored by NewPoint.
When an embedded post is displayed, the platform receives your IP address, browser data, and any cookies it has already set for its own domain, and processes them under its own privacy policy.
NewPoint loads an embed only when you scroll to it, so an embed you never reach never contacts the platform. In the NewPoint mobile app, embedded posts are shown as a link and open only when you tap it.
12. Policy updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material updates may require renewed consent to current legal document versions.
